  • Unfortunately no. Due to North and South Carolina liquor laws, we cannot supply nor transport the liquor, but not to worry! After we decide on a menu, we will provide you with an itemized shopping list for alcohol.

    Once we arrive on site, we will stock the liquor and take care of the rest!

  • So glad you asked!

    In addition to our uniquely renovated horse trailer,Sunny, we’ve got your liquid catering needs covered. Depending on what package you choose our services include; drink ware, straws, napkins, ice, coolers, garnishes, soda and juices, water station, and most importantly, friendly and experienced bartenders. Whiskey and a Ginger also supplies decor to match your aesthetic vibe, coordinate with your vendors, and much more to ensure we integrate immaculately for a flawless day!

  • Sunny is located in Clover, South Carolina and will travel up to 25 miles from 29710 ,at no additional cost. Beyond that, we charge $2/mile, with a maximum of 40 miles total.

    Sunny is always up for a road trip, so if you'd like Whiskey and a Ginger to join you where your event is located, and you’re outside our travel area, contact us and we can go over more details!

  • Our bars requires flat ground for setup and service, and clear access for set-up and break down.

    For power, Sunny will need access to 120V outlet. Don’t worry, we’ve got the extension cords handled!

    Although not required, having access to a water hookup is highly recommended.

  • Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we can not accommodate inclement weather dates. The Client or venue is responsible for tent cover or other accommodations for the bar to safely continue its services, in the event of such weather.

  • We accept Zelle, Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check, and Credit Card

    (please note, a service fee applies with all cards)

  • We require a 50% deposit when signing the contract and the remaining 50% due at least 30 days prior to your event date.

    You'll receive a full refund, minus a $200 administration fee, if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date, and a 25% refund of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event.

    Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded.

    Reschedules are allowed up to 30 days before event date for $200, but the refund policy is still based upon the original event date.

  • The earlier the better! Because Sunny is one-of-a-kind, she books out usually 3 months in advanced. Just remember March-May and September-December are the busy wedding/holiday months, so those weekends book up first!

    Always reach out just in case we have an open weekend or cancellation!

  • We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance

    We DO NOT carry a liquor license since we are not legally allowed to sell alcohol, we only serve it.

    We do carry all the necessary permits and city/municipality business licenses.
